To know how the world will evolve and transform and how it will influence the datacenters is very difficult. Yet again there are indications that we need to notice.

The future is here, but not evenly distributed as someone said. Scenarios is one tool that is useful in the process of understanding the future. Scenarios can be built with uncertainties.

The presentation will describe a few scenarios and its implications on the datacenter industry and what RISE do together with LTU and the industry. It will adress 6G, end of Moore’s law and the availability of renewables for example.
